By taking over the business and utilizing the EBARA Group’s resources and network, EBARA aims to enter the global market for machine tools and further expand its business by providing new products and services.
Business to be transferred:
Screw-type and seal-less coolant pumps for machine tools (Spandau Pumpen)
Ebara will take over the Spandau Pumpen business, transfer the production to EPE in Italy, and globally work on developing new customers worldwide. EBARA will continue to expand its product lineup and acquire new sales channels for the industrial market, and drive the growth for its business.
